Im using www.sportlegs.com/about/welcome.asp.. I started using it at Sea Otter,,,thing works. I dont get the burn like I did before... and for some reason I drink alot less water. I was cramping all over the place up there. Probably because of the lack of rice intake up there...LOL But if you try these and like it LMK.. way cheaper if you order bulk..

"Act your age, or NOT" is their motto. I generally stay away from supplements as I know that many are just saw dust in a capsule without any FDA regulation...but looks like Sportlegs has some serious credentials...might have to giver a try...or just drink more water and eat some bananas because I'm also cheap and that stuff is expensive!

....description continue....GoPro takes 4:3 format stills, but for video, you want to crop each photo for 1080p output, so that is 1080 height by 1920 width, this is 16:9 format. I used freeware called "Irfanview" to batch crop (and color correct) to 16:9 format (3840x2160). Then I imported photos into Adobe Premier Elements 13 using the "numbered still" option at picture every frame, 29.997 fps.

I had to change the battery once on lap 7. I actually did 11 laps but it did not count that last one for some reason...but here is the Strava to prove

I run 1x10 with 32t chainring and 11-36t cassette, Ktown has some steep steep climbs and the last few laps I was walking up lots of them. My bike is not that light these days, coming in around 33lbs. The last two laps my quads just above my knees were locking up...I drank a gallon of water during this ride, but maybe needed more and some electrolytes to prevent the cramping. Usually I do 3 laps, most I did before this was 7 laps...so this was a nice personal challenge!

This was really hard! I run 1x10 with 32t chainring and 11-36t cassette, as you know Ktown has those steep punchy climbs and the last few laps I was walking all of them. My bike is not that light these days, coming in around 33lbs. The last two laps my quads just above my knees were locking up...I drank a gallon of water during this ride, but maybe needed more and some electrolytes to prevent the cramping.  Coconut water is the best and we can harvest our own here! Neighbor was trimming the other day and I got 10 of them, made six 1 liter bottles and scooped out all the coconut meat into the bottles too, that is the ticket!!! I got to learn to climb those palms though for constant supply!
