I didn't even make it past the practice day. Fell near the top of the mountain smashing my rotator cuff to bits and dislocating my shoulder for 2 hours. Just glad it didn't happen on race day in front of loads of people as I was using some incredibly explicit language due to the pain I was in.

Nasty crash dude - slippery rock always freaks me out a bit. I hope your helmet took the brunt of that head hit for you!

Yeah helmet did its work, managed to get back on the bike after a few minutes and finish out the run
