Shimano servo wave

How Shimano's servowave lever works. The roller that moves within the machined groove is attached at the end of the master cylinder piston rod. The groove is shaped in a way that the roller gets closer to the lever fulcrum as you pull the lever, increasing the leverage ratio. I personally use M9000/M985 levers on my bikes as I don't like the grabby feelings created by Servo wave.
