frames fine, components pretty much fine, haven't check wheels but i cycled home on it after my dad did his part, and they seem ok, will check tomorrow. The ground is soft at the moment with all the rain however

Yeah man he's fine, his back hurts but he refuses to go to hospital as always, give a few weeks he will be back on the bike hopefully

well he wacked his hip, but stretched/twisted his back when he landed on the ground. As he is older its taken him like a month to recover - meaning no lifts

but yeah, hes getting better, hopefully back on the bike in a week
