How do you get your phoenix so silent? I just got one and the internal cable routing tends to rattle it seems. Thanks.

Are you sure that the internal cables are the problem? I´d say its the derailleur, chain and chainguide combination that makes the most noises. Take the chain off for the next ride and you will see i guess.
