Brake problem?

My brakes are shifting up and down, not in and out like they are suppose to. Any thoughts? Bushings shot? mounts worn down?

 honestly since i have no idea what to look for,it looks like normal play to me. like the mount wore down so much that the arm wobbles a bit on it. happened with my old frame.

 looks like the spring may have broke. or just came out of place

 nope. Just pulled it apart and re-greased it and the spring was in tact. But thanks.

 you were pushing it down,what do you expect.?.?.try a smaller spring

 actually, the posts were to long. And I have put on numerous u brakes, and they arent suppose to do that.
