okay i shall explain. is the Dutch/Belgian Language and it was a program about medical mistakes in hospitals. like this people they lost there own voice during a operation and they touched the vocal cords of them. so the the men who is presenting the show is continious laughing about there voices but he cant do anything cause its so funny after the TV show he was imediatly fired for this
