At BUCS 2017 Innerleithen. Derailleur enters the back wheel on launch stopping it dead, conservation of momentum takes over from there.

Yeah pretty big one! Hospitalised with an elbow infection, nothing broken and no head impacts so I think I got off lightly

Wow, that was one exhilarating crash. Hope you're alright. On the slow-mo it actually looks like you were in a position where you could've ridden out of it for a split second, that would've been rad!
