Yo to be honest...Pop, snap and what??? crackle???

Watched this vid and all I gained was the "wrist twist" as I put it. Your inner wrist turns a bit and that's the only way to get full flat. Come on Kyle, a little more explanation would be nice....

The trick is to keep the bike close, use the flip grip, let your foot slide off the pedal/rest on the seat post, tons of pop/twist and lots of practice.
