If you bought a Bottle Rocket from DropN'Zone (BC and Washington customers)... I had the pleasure of building every one of those. That bike was the first taste of how versatile a trail bike could be...kind of historic honestly. Much love Transition crew! - Brandon Strong, the kid in high school who used to pick up frames every week at your old ferndale location.

The video they talk about is what inspired me to ride mountain bikes. I rode a bottle rocket as my main bike till about two years ago. Still wish they would release a modernized version buy that in a heartbeat! Its awesome to see a 12 years later on this!

That's awesome to hear! But just so ya know, the Scout is the reincarnation of the Bottlerocket, it's rad!

@TransitionBikeCompany: The Scout and Patrol are high on my list for sure! I miss that old school linkage tho hahaha. Thanks for the great video!

Man, cool to see some of those old Platinum features still standing. That zone was the proving grounds for my buddies and I as kids. They're now a big part of the maintenance and new building on H&J after Platinum. Freeride goes full circle. Hell yeah!

This was awesome, feel some parts of trail building peaked mid 2000s, or at least creativity did

Thanks for taking the time and making the fun come to life in this video.
The passion is there! I’m glad I discovered and ride a Transition bike.
