The bonger goes thru helmet

 Though a helmet might not protect us from an axe, it is much better then not wearing one at all. Just the other day, I was bombing down one of my local downhill trails, and I hit a funky section and went over the bars, smacking my head on the trail. Luckily, I was wearing a helmet, and it took all of the blow. Some other riders saw me go down, and they wanted to make sure that I was OK and didn't have a concussion because my head hit so hard. I'm sorry that this is a long comment, but I just think that wearing a helmet is a very important thing.
