5kg heavy duty jump rope
can't find gym for months so got this today for training my core strength for better perform in the riding .it is awesome sport and fun

thanks buddy! this works well on me .make it 200 jumps a day totally will getting more.also work out my balance everday.I saw Niko doing it so well on a swissball that inspire me alot!

@hypo1: that sounds like hard work. I've never really had a formal workout routine. Just play around with push-ups, chin ups and some other basic moves. I like to get my excercise from riding as much as possible. Sometimes boxing training. Keep up the hard work!
