Yes, the handle is expensive, however, it consists of 4 sections of thick carbon fiber tube that are custom-molded and 10 custom CNC aluminum parts. Each part is also replaceable. It's not built cheap, and it fits inside your backpack. Compare it to what else is out there that fits inside your pack and we are right in there with price.
