 Dialed Health Thanks so much for posting this. I'm in PT for shoulder injury due to hitting a pothole, it stopping the bike and thrown over the bars. I was trying to stop that movement and really jammed my shoulders and especially left one. Further I have no flexibility to go behind my back and you showed me how to stretch with the bar. I appreciate the work putting this instruction together. Thanks Bill Travers
