Also this was the day before race day (not even on the race course) and my race run ended with a crash that unfortunately kept me off the podium and put me into 12th instead

 Also the reason I look like i'm garbage is because I knew I was gonna crash the second I took off If I had tried to hold on to that it would have ended in the hospital
