First and Last Time Mountain Biking (broken arm)

My wife asked to go riding, everything was going well, we were 3 minutes from the trailhead after she made so much progress. Then...leaned too much on the bars, grabbed that front brake and now she has a radial head fracture in her left arm. Doubtful she'll ever try again.
