Heavy berm slam at Ashton Court

On a filming day for Pedal Progression, washing out in the first berm of Nova trail! It always get you when you least expect it. I've ridden this trail hundreds of times and do so every day when coaching, but this time was a little too quick and tyres a bit too hard for the wet autumnal trail. All ok but suffered some gnarly bruising all down my right side including my face. Good times
