Dont ride on ice kids...
Was training then found a large patch of ice. Naturally, I had to ride on it. Was track standing then fell. My cameraman/ mtber friend Max McDade left so I didn't get a better crash but rest assured my knee is very swollen.

heh, just the other day I thought it'd be a great idea to hit a 3-foot kicker onto an ice puddle, ended up with a severely bruised ass and an equally bruised ego. Sadly I didn't get it on camera. Nice vid though, love the light-hearted environment!
