I was thinking the exact same thing. The wheel kind of just stops instead of slowing down gradually.

yea its rubbing. lol i had to let the air out of it so it wouldnt be so loud

and if i put another link in my chain its too far back in my drop outs
so i need a halflink

It's deffently the disc. When I was brakeless my wheel spun forever, as soon as I put them back on, no matter how much I adjusted it, it would rub none the less.

ill remove my brake and retake this video right now if you want? its cause i ran kiniptions and they barely rubbed, but since i got knobby's they rub the frame. you should hear it when there is air in the tires, sounds like a motor bike
