My 1st proper drop off (pirbright)
Ok before I get loads of comments saying that looks piss. And yes I know it is now. But it took me a long time to get up the courage to do this as its my first proper drop. But after very much encouragement from Jason and Ryan I did it. (Cheers for the help and advice guys) Now I just gotta go bigger :D

lol And yeh to be honest I havent been riding pirbright much since I found the look out. lol. But I think now Im gonna be heading up there more often again. Only up the road and there are some good trails over there. Trouble over there is putting together a good run. Which is why I love the lookout coz it all flows into the next trail. Where as pirbright you ride a section for a bit then have to XC it to the next bit lol. Me no like XC. Too much work doing the whole distance thing. And boring lol

i went to build today in woods behind me and fell in a ice puddle so i ended up going home

Yeh it has the Army cycling union stuff. Pretty basic northshore but good fun. The seesaw is fun. And the bridges. And Jason and Ryan are working on some insane drops up there off Northshore platforms. And there are various other bits and pieces all doted around. Used to be loads of good stuff up there but it all got knocked down. Just like our bloody sand jumps :-( They were mint and now once again some f*cking digger has come along and flattened em all. Pain in the arse. Put all the work in and then its all gone in minutes.

I actually really enjoyed riding in the snow today lol. Two wheel drifts on. And plus was like riding on a carpet. lol. One thing that did amaze me is the acceleration after this drop. Coz actually rolling up to it I was hardly moving. No pedal strokes or anything. And the run into isnt great. Nor very long. So when I went from hardly moving to that kinda speed my god leaves your stomach behind lol. Awesome fun. Gonna be hitting this trail a lot more now. Especially as there are some nice jumps at the bottom too
