Every year when people move out of the college town and new people move in there are always couches being thrown out. I think you could get a decent amount of foam from just swiping the cushions. On the other hand you never know how many drunk kids pissed those couch cushions.

my bro got all the foam for free. His friend has a business where he uses foam and he gave my bro all the scraps. I think if you were to pay for foam you would spend around $10,000 or less.
