 ha, none, criag told me i cud du it, i took lik 6 run ups, then just went 4 it, and yh, it was 2day but i only did it once caus i had 2 leave straight after, but i will b doin it again

 nice 1 m8 well well done anyway i went on a run and nearly loist 20 quid today :S but then i found it lol i can finally jog again Big Grin only a week and a bit to go cnt wait till hayes

 if your doin it from the berm you need to be able to pin the berm and hop th gap alot!! it was so good when you did it though!!

 went for a jog in my tracky bottoms and it fell out wen i ran down a hill had to run back up wen i got to the bottom and found it at the side of the path loool thank god
