Yeah the sound is good on my comp so I guess it's either your computer or internet connection.

If you watch full screen the timing kind of gets weird. It should be good though. It might just be your internet connection or your comp.

what program do you use and what settings do you export in for pinkbike?

I use iMovie HD and export with the settings Vimeo recommends for HD uploads. http://vimeo.com/help/compression I use 1280 x 720, 5000 kbps. It's all explained in the link. It's not too hard. If you use iMovie go to export and use expert settings and you can dial it in.
