 It is because the whole video was shot with a point and shoot digital camera set on "Video" mode. He didn't use a video camera for a single clip.

 Video cameras and camcorders are the same thing. Digital cameras take digital photographs and sometimes short MPEG videos. Like I said, he used a point and shoot digital camera...not a video camera.
