this is Tau Edwards. he is 9 years old and is currently NZ1 for his age. here he is jumping the PRO section of the North Harbour BMX Track. note: most experienced racers dont even hit these jumps

I'm the little guy's dad. His gearing was 53.8 (35/13) and he does spin like an eggbeater. Big ups should go to his big brother Marc who sets T-mans goals. Up until Marc jumped this at 10 the youngest racer to think about it was 14. Both little guys charge and love mountain biking as well in the off season.

yeah man, i sponser him and his brother and this kid is definitly gonna be part of the future in bmx racing here in NZ. he has to race two years above his grade coz he is way too quick.

Damn, I wish him best of luck then! Oh, and is the gear ratio on the racing BMXs quite wide? I have never had the chance to ride one, but it looks like he is going v. quick.
