ok some clarification. that bike was 3 months old. lol it was not broken ahead of time and i told him he was gonna break it before he even tried.
im just glad i did not just spend about $1800 on it. He is not to worried tho. One of the techs from the shop he bought it at was with us when he broke it and he is gonna be getting a replacement.norco is good but that frame was never meant for a landing that hard. there is a reason we call him psycho. lol
what i cant get over is how well he stuck the landing.

hes lucky it was the bottom tube to his frame not his fork, the forks way to big for a four inch travel bike -.-
  • + 1
yea i agree i think that was the main reason the frame gave out.
  • + 1
That's pretty funny!! Thats why you dont do drops to flat period!!! It dont matter weather your bigger or not it's bad!!!!!!

you need a smaller fork for that frame, get a hardtail if your doing that stuff.

good job the last thing the biking world needs is more huvker bikes like norcos and konas

OMG, is norco THAT bad, or was it already cracked??
  • + 6
Norco isnt bad. That frame is old, fatigued, and has been beaten up by a 200+ lbs rider
  • + 3
yeah... if it was that bad i think they woulndt be building bikes anymore...
  • + 2
and its a pointless drop. drops to flat are a great way to wreck ur bike
  • + 1
landing on those two bottom steps probably didn't help too much
