 wow thats sick! how did it only cost you 2 grand? i built a 6 foot hight by 6 feet wide by 8 feet long with a 4 foot deck and it was just over $300.

what size plywood do you use to bend?

 Every ramp I build I use:

2 layers of 3/8" thick 4 x 8 plywood to equal a total of 3/4" thick. The 3/8s bends amazing with the grain.

And for the sides i use 3/4" thick.

All the ribs are 2 x 6's that are 8 inches apart.
