well i want to get the cannondale chase just because my bike is so sketchy right now.

Why is it sketchy? I don't trust anybike that doesn't have touching bottom and top tubes with a ton of reinforcement

both tires are bent and need a true really badly, the forks suck, and it just needs a tune up. why pay 400$ for that when i can get a new one for 700
