I would be great to loop a bunch of these videos together to help us get through the long winter months on the trainer.

How is your knee and spirits?

 My knee is wrecked, and I'm limited to riding without jumping or dropping, and even that hurts. But what the hell, I'll adapt. New chapters eh?
I can't seem to be able sell my DH bike to even a friendly drunk though.......so maybe I should keep it for a while........:-)
