Dog's Run - Audio revisited

 this is a trail system that runs from the top of our river valley, dropping in from a residential area, all the way down to the river itself, and a large parkland space that is /was the floodplain in ancient days. It is a "shared use trail network" so you have to get there early in the day to avoid the pedestrians and dogs. It is a mixture of climbs and descents, that unfortunately the GoPro bar-cam levels out into a sort of flat rollercoaster effect. The first 2mins.+ are basically descending at various rates, and I edited out a 1 minute section of getting stuck behind some dick and his dogs on a sharp steep climb, where I had to dab a foot, and then dismount, and then push out to the next spot to climb aboard.
The valley floor is all pretty flat, with some very "pumpy" rooted and bombholed XC threads, which you see in the closing minute.
