 was, not for my dad though, really hurt his knee, shot of him limping up the hill on the 'too much to take lyric' lol

 was he filming some stuff today - there was a dude trying to move around on the track and seemed to be having soem serious knee pain like! He looked gutted, did he get to have a timed run?

 yeh, he did two runs, a 114.ish and a 113.ish, he was chuffed with that cuz he thought he wouldn't be able to walk after he twisted it during practice. Mums not very happy tho
