Did that bus really roll into the water! Say it isn't so!!!
Just an FYI, throw a 68' or newer type 2 fuel tank in there and go 50% farther. 10 gallons does not go far enough! Love the bus by the way. Splitty's seem to be trendy right now, but I can deal with that cause who doesn't love a splitty (other than the people stuck behind me going up a pass)
When have splitty's NOT been trendy ??? I was just surprised to not hear a Scooby flat four in the thing... now THAT is the trend of the last 5 years or so in these parts... Sick bus, hope it didn't really get killed aye.
Nice to see Annie still given'er. Haven't seen her in years. Bummer about the bus. I've got a nice type2 with a 914 fuel injected 1.8 that I might part with if you guys are looking for a new van!!!
love ryders glasses - i have three pairs - and googles too
too bad the girls aren't hot though - ya like holy crap!!!!
vw vans are everywhere around here and that ones a beauty!
Even the hidden gems are starting to dissapear, I have a friend or two that essentially makes a living off of finding the hard to restore but not completely gone, and brings them back to life but no where near fully restored and sells them for around $8000, these things are defiantly expensive. Check out the Tilamook Cheese Baby loaf's.
Radatabs, I'd love a project, maybe next year. Looking for a van of anysort that i can sleep in the back of, then going to bum around europe for a month in 2013 (I hope). Bike all day, then bbq and beer before sleep
If you do go French national parks have free overnight parking, Spanish seafronts are normally unpatrolled and Andorra don't have police basically haha
