Its sad how few of views pod's get these days.
  • 4 0
Today's POD has almost 11k likes on instagram and was probably viewed 5-10x that much...
  • 3 1
I know PODs get lots of views on intsagram but it seems that these photos are receiving significantly less views than years past on pinkbike.

That pump track looks like a sculpture; a piece of modern art. They should build those in front of every city hall!
  • 15 0
you should be able to order them by the piece, legotrack!!

^Was thinking the same! Would be very cool if Cities/Bike clubs could order proven tracks...either complete(shipping is obviously the issue) or at least numbered concrete molds.(you would only need the preformed curved pieces for any one single block, as all the other sides are just flat...box it all in and pour! Sweet.

yea awesome pumptrack, its a dream of me to ride something similar but with more of height, extremer turns, etc like a rollercoaster... its would cost a lot but imagine, we didnt see it all as yet it is 2016...

That's cool. I didn't know Sam Burgess was into bikes too. That's something he'll miss I bet. The Bondi bowl isn't going to compare to that.

full face won't help with a 200ft fall

#3 should be nominated for best photo of the year. We aren't likely to see much more awesome than that.

 j12j, I'm sure it will...

That should be an ad for brakes. I want whatever brakes he's using! Still not totally 100% confident in my XTs....

#2 wtf is that??? #4 is sick
  • 1 0
It was from a super flat 360 on a big step up. Photo is so confusing to look at, but so rad. That landing in #4 looks super safe haha

@ibishreddin that's Nick Pescetto's signature mamba flip. Basically an absolutely ridiculous barrel roll

concrete pump track with an open face helmet must be a dental surgeon's wet dream come true ...
  • 1 0
The pump track is a work of art, and from that standpoint, it's a beautiful photo. But it's hard to compete with the action in No. 2 and 3. No. 3 for the win.
  • 2 0
#3 is absolutely insane. Props for hitting a face like that!
  • 1 0
I'm pretty sure I would eat shit if I were to attempt to replicate any of these photos.

#nof*ckingway... pic #3 is THE quintessential a.d 2016 mountain bike concept:

DESCEND ANYWHERE

Is it just me or does the last position in that drop look like Rossi's moto gp cornering technique? Well done!!

 Gully.
  • 1 1
I want to do that drop Gully did. I'm pretty sure I'd chicken out right before I do it though Frown
