'01 Specialized Stumpjumper FSR

$550 USD

Size Large Specialized Stumpjumper, 2001 model. This was my first "real" mountain bike and it's served me very well but I'm more interested in getting a bike with a bit more travel and I need to sell this one to fund my next purchase. The bike is in overall great shape with a couple scratches and nice paint chip on the downtube but structurally, everything is sound. All cables and housing have been recently replaced, the rear brake has been upgraded to a newer model, and the bike has been thoroughly cleaned, degreased, and tuned up so it's riding like a champ. Also, all the bearings are smooth and have a lot of life left in them. Stock pedals are included but I've got some transition platforms that I can throw in for a little extra. This is a great bike for someone who may be fairly new to mountain biking but wants something relatively nice that wont break the bank. It's pretty light (around 26/27 lbs) and climbs very, very well. I would like to deal as locally as possible but if you want to pay to ship, I'd be happy to get it professionally packed and sent out as soon as possible.
