Ask Pinkbike: Offset Questions & Full Face Suggestions
Fell in a berm at Windrock. Pro-frame chin bar broke in 2 places, helmet itself cracked in 4 other places. I had a concussion and went to the ER for amnesia. Overall I was OK and I believe the helmet did its job as good as it should have. The Pro-frame is awesome for gnarly hike a bike type riding but definitely would not recommend for lift parks. I bought a replacement for the record because I feel like it should have cracked/broken given the amplitude of the impact.

Why You Need to Crawl Like a Baby to Ride Like a Man (or Woman)
I suffer from arthritis in my back, and at times it is so bad i can not ride at all. I have been attending a class at my local gym that includes various Yoga and Pilates exercises in a group setting for an hour long class. I have experienced extraordinary results from just a year of doing these types of exercise. I am certainly no doctor or physical therapist but in my particular case I have found that this type of training can be very helpful for whatever reason it may be.

Santa Cruz Bronson: Review
Spent a couple of hours on both about a month ago at a demo. They were both top of the line builds and the Hightower 27+ was disappointing compared to the Bronson. I am not telling you to buy one over the other but ride both before you buy.

Santa Cruz Bronson: Review
I have ridden several high end bikes at various demos throughout the last 3 years and I currently own a Pivot Mach 6. The Bronson is hands down the best bike I have ever ridden.
