Actually they draw the winner within 24h after closing, then they can take up to 48h after that to notify him/her. So up to 3 days total.

Winners have 10 days to respond and accept the conditions, so it could be 13 days to find out who won... (unless it's you).

I haven't been around on Pinkbike for a year so I assume these have happened in the past? Anyway, it's a super cool thing that Pinkbike is doing, and I like to think that these prizes will go to people that need them.

As much as I would love to win something, a part of me would be sad someone else didn't.

I'm with ya Madmon. I won a contest years ago for a years supply of bmx tires from Alienation. Long story short, I never got anything and each time I emailed them the prize I was offered would somehow be downgraded to a different product. Free stuff is great, but if you're promised an item and never get it that's a reflection on that company.

Oh,come on, it doesn't cost you even a cent,you can get something for free without doing anything but entering the contest and you are still complaining about it? I don't think in the same way about this fail of Month contest where people deliberately broke their bones to get backpack and they don't get their prize so fast
