Atherton racing? Wonder what will happen to their "pro" stuff
  • 1 0
But isn't "Pro" Shimano?.. So should be interesting to see whats going to happen with that!

Athertons are still using Pro for handlebars, stems, seat and seatposts. They're only using the FSA Orbit angleset.

i would be sad if they stopped making the atherton bars i just got some and i love them

When will the Orbit Option headsets be available to buy? And what price will they be?
  • 1 0
If you find out elsewhere let me know buddy, i've been looking for that all week
  • 2 0
Hopefully they will be more reasonably priced than the Cane Creek Angleset. I'd really like to slacken the head angle on my bike but i can't justify paying like £200 just to make it ride a tiny bit better.

you can pick up workscomponents headsets or k9 ones that adjust it by a set amount they are cheaper but do lack the adjustability.

Also you can get offset bushings from burgtec which slacken out your bike, they are like 20 quid, but they do also lower bb height and reduce rear travel by a bit...
  • 1 0
@DJumperNick offset bushes do not alter travel, they will slacken the head angle by a degree and the bb by quarter-half an inch. Travel is indicated by the stroke of your shock and not the eye-2-eye

Is "Ministry of Decent" a typo? Or did they use the word "Decent" on purpose (as opposed to Descent)?
  • 4 0
 the world may never know...

That would be a funny and humble team name were it not a typo. Like calling yourselves the Organization of Mediocre. Overall a great list of riders. Nice to see a mix of big flashy names and muddy, solid riders with less flash. Lets hope it leads to continued progression in design and quality.
