 Send it to ship happenes
  • 2 0
dont quote me on this, but I don't know if that means US only deal, they may just list the prices in USD because more people know the approximate US conversion rate to their currency than they do for CAD.

it probably cant be shipped outside of the U.S it happens sometimes on certain brands and products on U.S sites

Chain Reaction has Easton Havoc wheelsets for about 480$ cad.
  • 3 0
 so, buy them from dunbar?..
  • 1 1
Havoc's have a 20mm axel and can be used as dh wheels.

Definitely would not pay full retail for Easton wheels. I bought a pair of Havens and they SUCK.

Anyone know the msrp on the new marz 380?
  • 1 0
cheaper than fox but more expensive than a 888
  • 1 0
888 is gone... of course it had to be more expensive... its new...
  • 1 0
they discontinued the 888?? I thought they would just make a more freeride version of it
  • 1 0
This is 100% false. They still offer the 888. they recently updated their website with their 2014 line-up. All the 888 are still available, they just live under the 380's shadow of awesomeness. However, I don't think its available to the public yet, the world may not be ready for the 380. maybe after Interbike...

im glad... so they will still leave something for the open oil bath lovers Razz
  • 1 0
I remember seeing 1799$ somewhere for the 380 but I can't find the source anymore so dont quote me on that.
6.2lbs, full adjustability, titanium coilspring and they have not announced lower quality 380 models so I'm pretty sure they will keep the 888s around for a more affordable option and the 380 will be their flagship model.

they played badly on the 380... they should sell the rest of the 888 they had left and than show the 380 to the market... now who was with ideias of buying the 888 of ourse is going to wait for the 380 for sure...
  • 1 0
That's assuming you were going to buy the 888 rc3 evo ti v2.0. Now either the 380 will be priced even higher than that one or they will lower 888 prices. Anyway, worse comes to worst, nothing a good sale can fix. I don't think they will let a few extra forks come in the way of some good marketing hype.
  • 1 0
I disagree. I think its smart that they are still selling the 888, because, like you said, open oil bath forks are still available. Out of the three top suspension companies (Fox, Marzocchi, and Rockshox) Rockshox's Boxxer is the only one that uses a closed bath. that means when it starts leaking oil, your dampener unit is blown, which means a very pricey repair if not a whole new fork. Thats why Fox and Marzocchi are so awesome, a simple seal and oil replacement, and you're good to go. I work at a bike shop and can't wait to get my hands on the 380, however I'm a little reluctant to invest in their new hybrid system, but who knows, maybe they'll be changing the game with this one, and the 380 will become the new "Fox 40"

Nice price on the Next crank...

Anyone have an opinion of Havens for burley AM? Thx
  • 1 0
Just do it, I ride lift access on a 160mm am bike with havens and they hold up really well. Burly, light, and seat a tubeless tire no problem with a floor pump.
