I had this on my 2018 Giant reign (since sold) with an additional clip on spacer to reduce the stroke length by a few mm, and highly recommend it for that bike. It's trunion mount with the climb switch, it's probably seen 8 months riding since its last service. I service my suspension annually, and I've never had an issue with this shock. It comes with a Rockshox 400lbs x 2.75 steel spring. Everything is in excellent working order, shaft has no damage whatsoever, few scuffs on the plastic shock body protector from the spring, but that's minor. High and low speed adjustment on compression and rebound and the climb switch is very effective without completely locking out the suspension like some others seem to.
