Red Bull Releases Statement on a Women's Category at Rampage
Red bulls statement seems pretty reasonable to me. It's only one day of competition with only time for 18 riders. As a viewer I only want to see the best of the best competing. If a woman or women happens to be among those 18 then good for them, I truly couldn't care less about the gender of the athlete.

Review: Chromag's New Pilot Clipless Pedals
It would be great if you'd list a Canadian price pinkbike. You're based in squamish, chromag is based in whistler and a lot of chromags die hard fans are Canadian.

Cane Creek-Double Barrel CS 210mm

$300 CAD
I had this on my 2018 Giant reign (since sold) with an additional clip on spacer to reduce the stroke length by a few mm, and highly recommend it for that bike. It's trunion mount with the climb switch, it's probably seen 8 months riding since its last service. I service my suspension annually, and I've never had an issue with this shock. It comes with a Rockshox 400lbs x 2.75 steel spring. Everything is in excellent working order, shaft has no damage whatsoever, few scuffs on the plastic shock body protector from the spring, but that's minor. High and low speed adjustment on compression and rebound and the climb switch is very effective without completely locking out the suspension like some others seem to. Here is Cane Creeks propaganda: Riders who prefer the linear spring feel and exceptional low speed sensitivity of a coil shock will now have access to a climbing platform. DBcoil CS is the world’s first enduro-specific coil shock for 150-170mm travel bikes with a Climb Switch. (CS). The proprietary CS (patent-pending) feature for Double Barrel shocks adjusts low-speed damping characteristics on-the-fly keeping the suspension fully active while you climb results in better connection to the trail and increased efficiency without annoying pedal-bob. When you’re ready to descend, it’s all Double Barrel.
