A 'how to' video for setting up rear suspension on a downhill bike, with Transition Racing's own Lars Sternberg
That video helped me out alot, now I have a much better understanding of how to dial in my rear shock. I don't have an RC4, but I now feel confident about taking the technique and terminology he explained in the video and put it into practice on a different rear shock quite easily.
Useful little addition to my "Transition Bikes"how to vids,brilliant in fact,now as soon as i can afford a bike like the ground breaking(literally)TR450,i'll take all i've learned from my Transition "how to's".And take it to the hill.Thanx & props to all at Transition Bike Company.

Wouldn't it make more sense to check sag when you are standing on the pedals, kind of like how you are positioned while riding DH?
That's the crappiest how-to video I've seen recently... Sorry Lars but you surely walk-to-walk but definately not talk-to-talk
