I saw your comments under VOD today, and then decided to watch your video. definately not a waste of time. its pretty sick. i dont know what to say to help you become better because your very fast, smooth, and sick style. but there is always room for improvement

Haha, this was in the dead of summer. We ride the trails a lot in summer, it gets really loose and dusty.
i dont get why this is vod? yea the riding is good but its not mind blowing. the song is over used and the filming was standard. not saying the film was really bad but it isnt special. it just feels like every other DH promo ever made.
yea i agree but nwd 10 had the riding in sync with the music due to a lot more slow motion and budget lol. dh promos need faster pace songs as what they are trying to show off is how fast they can go and they need that song to have a short "lul" where they can use slow motion to good effect. so to have a good mix of pace within the video.
Yeah haha, this isn't my best video by far. It was my first shoot on my new camera so it was a starting point.

yea they are better but you need to work on the pace of your videos. im not trying to be rude by the way. i studied media at A level so i know its not easy but keep on filming and try puttting music to the video you sometimes might not like but your audience might.
Oh yeah, I would change the pace and everything, but my camera only does 25fps, and slowing it down with the music looks horrible because the frames start jumping. Getting a 550D though which does 60 FPS, so that'll clear that up.

I don't see why people complain about using songs? if it fits use it, who cares if its been used before. There's no rule saying anyone can only use a song once, then no one else can.
It fits the video fine, its just that when the same song gets used alot it looses its effect and that can bring down the video sometimes.
Good trail, good riding but if that is your promo video hoping to get signed, better think again. Where did you show your bike handling skills, other than riding down a relatively smooth trail? We never even saw you on the gas for more than 10 seconds. We didn't see anything that made us say "Wow, that guy can ride". IMO. As a vid to watch, I thought it was pretty good.
That's looking awesome dude, angles and filming really made Kieran look pinned! Showed how technical and tricky the trails are! Makes me want to go and shred.

See i've never heard it in a VOD! I've seen grommy cell-phone clips set to it haha, but never proper edits, so I thought i'd give it a go and see what happens, and I suppose it came out well enough!
