moto's pretty cool and all, but in 30 years or so, we're gonna run out of oil and you'll all come crawling back to pedal power and chainslayer will be dead, and the masses shall cry; "long live pinkbike". you'll see.. you'll all see mwha-ha-ha! lol
when they run out of oil they wont be able to make any more pedal powered bikes because they use oil to make the parts in one way or another
I love how everyone hates on moto when they have absolutely no clue. How many of you that are talking shit have raced motocross? none. It is extremely challenging mentally and physically. They did a study and at a race for 20+ minutes the riders heart beats were above 120bpm the whole time that is on the level with soccer. Get a clue you shoud probably experience something for yourself before you talk shit.
All you haters of motocross should realise that most of our image is based on them, Our baggy jerseys and shorts and race kit. Alot of world cup downhill racers ride motocross in the winter aswell.

wow are you kidding you can still get as bad hurt on a mtb cuz a guy was going for the record and this bike broke in 2 and he was going like 200mph and he broke both legs, one arm, his back and fractured his other arm so yeah and my buddy sacked him self so hard on a mtb that he pissed blod for a week and you can only sack your self on a mbt and i ride street soon to be dh and dirtbike i love them both(or all three what ever way you look at it) NICE jump!!!

Some more ignorant people, shocking. Travis Pastrana has a single crown motobike which he almost got a decade air on. Im not saying that a tailwhip is happening though. I would like to see a tailwhip on a bike from a quarter of that distance.
even if you were towed in i dont think you could hit something that big on a mountain bike.....i think in that distance youd loose your position....motorbikes have the engin and rotation of the rear wheel to keep them parallel to the ground.

From someone who races dirtbikes pro-am level, but still loves mtn biking, anyone of you who hate on one bike or the other need to shut up and open your eyes. Both types of biking deserve respect in their own field. Both take tons of skill and both should get praise, all in all its still 2 wheels and a bike, so its all fun, people need to be able to except it all, 4wheelers suck though! HA

i think that bmx and mtb are more fun, but I have so much respect for proffesionals in all disciplines of biking. Motoriders launch hundreds of feet, mtbers drop distances of more than 50 feet, and bmxers can do crazy shit even without suspension.
True pinkbike is for mtn biking and i agree it should stay that way, its a kickass site, all I was meaning before in my comment was that alot of guys on here shoot down the thought of any bike other than a mtn bike, and I think all deserve tons of respect, but yeah keep it mtn bike on pinkbike
