Would have liked to have seen a graphic displaying the riders names for the finals and perhaps the top 3 finishers. Awesome vid otherwise...

I'm working on that for next round, it had run through my mind but with a limited time I wasn't able to do something for this round

Maybe also top 10 qualifying times? Were you not able to got a helmet cam run of the track? That always breaks up the 'standard shots' nicely IMHO...

Sick edit bro, good footage. But the track lacked any senders- 4x tracks need some huge high speed doubles in them to separate the racers from the people who can actually hit big stuff and ride bikes... The amount of 4xers even at a high level who hate jumping is ridic.

Take it from me dude when racing 4x everyone wants to ride big stuff at high speeds, it's why people race pretty much.
And did I say dirt jump park? I'm not talking putting a set of trails md course you donut just putting what some tracks patronisingly call a 'pro line' in. And from experience it really does separate the riders from the racers.

That's pretty much the idea of the new xc eliminator race that replaced the 4x at world cups, but in practice the eliminator is terrible compared to the 4x, only 2 passes occurred and one person was disqualified for one of them

That sucks then. I was thinking more like insert DH trail sections into the standard passable 4X so then you just get way bigger time gaps between people. Just a fantasy though...I haven't ridden my bike in so long at the uni that I'm delirious. BTW did Stu PM you recently about anything?- + 1
In theory yeah a downhill 4x type event with long tracks and singletrack technical sections would be fantastic, maybe it might happen in the future, I certainly hope so.
No he didn't, not that I know of anyway.

Actually, we have this type of race in the Czech Republic already. It's called Marosana 4DOWN. Maybe you know. That would be so sick, if something like that was organised as some kind of Cup.
