This is in Devon in England. Canada's not the only place you can ride a bike.
I really like Bmx and Mtb, but, when I saw an article sayin that MTB freeride is of one the worst sports ever, I changed my mind! They think skate parks and street ridind isnt suitable for us, but they can do slopestyle!?
Like I said I admire the sport and watching those videos make me want to ride my mtb, but i dont like their opinion about us...

i can guarantee most pro bmx or even average joes can kill a slopestyle course. the only thing bmx would have trouble with is that mtb jumps tend to be a little more flat landing for it to be easier to land stuff. if you made everything on slopestyle a bit steeper...it would be better. wallride...drop...skinny thing...dirt jump...don't think bmx are capable of such things?
I'm not saying that they cant because they're not good enough...they say we "stoled"(?) their sport, wich is park and street, but OK, they created this style...But why they can steal slopestyle? thats what I was trying to say

amen, its all about the love of 2 wheels, i ride mtn. bikes, but wish i could make the transfer to BMX for DJ, but just not sure the old man knees can take the added abuse. anyone who hates on BMX.. go watch a BMX video from a few years back.. its looks like todays mountain bike videos only with no travel.. so you have to respect that.

Any idiot that bags on BMX is just stupid. I'm sorry, but BMX has more style, for the most part, than street MTB.Just take this vid for example, those jumps are MASSIVE, and they're just flowing them like they're nothing. That's crazy. Massive props.

as has been said already, this was the test course from 2006. the 07 course was just outrageous. what wasnt washed away in the rain had to be knocked down as they only had a short lease/planning permission. it WILL be back in 08, even better and i will be there.

looks like a mtb slopestyle course for bmx.....i would rather see a video of crazy smooth style in a flowy wooden park, although this was pretty nuts with those huge jumps
this looked so good, the tickets sold out so quickly, shame it was called off, the coure was about 4 miles from my house, can't wait for it next year!
