great all round video
Well said. Amazing filming and riding. That trail was epic, the ladder at 1.06 was pretty noice. Defiantly worth slaping a VOD sign on this jubeggle.
I was surprised when they stopped in the carpark, I was expecting atleast one of them to send it off that perfect looking tarmac stepdown.
Guys just to let you know, you can see videos like this earlier at NSMB (north shore mountain biking).com. Such a sweet vod.
if i were to be really anal, id say that the clips werent composed very well in that your eye is at one side of the screen at the end of one shot, then is forced to the other side of the screen for the next shot as the riders appeared in different places and were really filmed in a really abstract manner - which made it very hard to watch for me, and ruined the flow a little.
The trails looked pretty sweet though, but Im digging that segment vod yesterday sooo much more.

I'm beginning to wonder who picks these "VOD" or if it's just randomized.
Or maybe, you have to film in HD to get it. I don't know. I thought this short sucked. The only cool thing about it was where they were riding.

A good video should get you pumped to go ride, and not "look at the pretty scenery", which is pretty much all I got from this. Don't get me wrong, it was well put together, good camera work, good editing, etc. It just lacked anything to make it exciting or worthy of any mass praise.
Not going to get into a internet argument, different strokes for different folks and all that, but don't you think it's relative to the kind of riding you do?

For one, I've been riding downhill and 4X for a very, very long time now. I just happen to ride street/park for my sponsors.
Saying that pinkbike doesn't have the smartest of people signed to it is at times a HUGE understatement. When people make assumptions, or "judging a book by it's cover", it just demonstrates a clear lack of intelligence.
My point was in fact, that the riding in this video is relative to the riding I do. However I failed to see where any of it was "great". The film was very good, it was the riding that brought it down for me.

I don't even want any of you people bitching about this comment but.. This video was well filmed and the trail was dope but it was boring as shit. I'm waiting for the day when this site and the people who sign into it aren't so godam Picky for stupid HD downhill videos. like sure its fun when you do it yourself but filming it is a waste of time and I know tons of videos on here that deserve VOD way more then these videos do.
Exactly my point! And these boring downhill videos make it to the top of the list day in and day out. Even if you want to go into this being a "good" downhill video, it just isn't. The ONLY good thing about this particular video was the HD and scenery. As far as GOOD downhill videos go........This just isn't one of them.
i agree, it was a good vid but it was really boring...just a bunch of clips of tires spraying dirt...and a bunch of supper zoomed-in shots of stuff...it was not heart pumping action!!! yeah there are defenitely better DH vids out there!!! i dont think thier tires left the ground more than 2 maybe 3 times...it was boring!!!
Blah blah blah... Until you guy's put up a better video then this, you should shut up! And jumps are not spectacular for every viewer on here. Continue to vote for what you think is the best and that's it. Stop the crying nobody wants to read. In my opinion, this video is flawless. The riders may not be the fastest or the best jumpers... There are just riding and having fun like we all do when we hop on our bikes. This is no race, this is no competition. This is just pure riding captured on film.

My List of "Places I have to ride before I cant ride anymore" just got longer. Canada seems like a good place to spend a few weeks riding...
What would people do if Seasons hadn't been made? Very nice vid but theres so many similar ones these days.

i loved this video, the editing was sick and the riding was awsome, i dont no whats with all these haters and not liking DH vod's. They are awsome to watch.
