awful wheel build in my opinion...the nipples are horrid...literally have to tighten my spokes after every ride

I didnt even bother trying to run the stock wheels. Threw on 729s right away

ya thats a good call, I only really screw up the rear and I have a spare 729 waiting to go on but figured I would beat the stock one down first.

would mavic 729 rims work with the stock hubs and spokes on a 2011 glory 0?

probably not, and it's never worth reusing spokes unless you're up the creek for a wheel. and just happen to have an identical rim to the one you're replacing.

Sorry, im kinda clueless with all this stuff but do the 729s have the same size spoke as the dt swiss ex500?

Alot of rim ERD's can be found on the internet, as well as some really good spoke calculators. Chances are they are different and you will require different spokes.
