Prince George is great! So much positive energy right now, especially with the Pidherny project moving forward and new trails being developed near the University. The new trails/features at Pidherny are so fun!

Article should mention that Ben is a super approachable friendly guy too.

Yawn. Another video using the Pinkbike cookie cutter format.
step 1) find a decent rider.
step 2) film them going fast on a glass smooth run with their 8" DH bike.
step 3) add trendy music. Voilà! guaranteed pinkbike gold!

This guy can clearly ride, so why can't we watch him ride on a trail that actually has some difficulty to it..? Still, great riding, great editing. Just wish we could see a pinkbike video featuring trails with a rock, or possibly even a root on them. This is MOUNTAIN biking after all.

In case you didn't notice, he's actually riding a 6" bike for the first half of the video. Beyond that, the 20 foot gap and the 35 foot gap both have a fair amount of difficulty associated with them.

Step 2) Get internet access
Step 3) Go on Pinkbike.com
Step 4) Moan about Amateur videos
Step 5) Receive negative props.

Don't kid yourself there, Gwin. Ben is more than capable, and the trails here all have various levels of difficulty ranging from simple to sketchy like none-other. Unfortunately it wasn't up to your golden Mountain biking difficulty standard, which is regrettable. I would advise making your own Northern themed film and show us kids how it's done. Please, go ahead.

I did not once play down the guys riding. Nor did i say prince george doesnt have tech trails. Like I said, the guy can clearly ride. Im not saying I am faster, or better. Im just saying It would be nice to see some of the rocky rooty trails that are up there. rather than video after video after video of groomer runs.

Nothing to see here in PG folks. No roots or rocks. Please stay away. Seriously though, well done Ben and crew. That vid shows just how fun the riding is in PG. However, that last gap is way scarier when you watch someone hit it live. Ben makes it look easy. The kid can flat out rip. And talderson, make sure you message someone if you come to PG. There's a pretty good scene going up here now and lots of guys that will show you around. I doubt Liam is being a dick, he'll probably even buy you a beer after.
