Disappointed in shimano for having no technical support! After wrecking my sram x7 rear derailleur in a crash at the cff I brought it to the sram tent and they put on a brand new x9 free of charge! Its customer service like that makes loyal customers. Props to sram for their tech support

That is awesome man, i can't believe that they did that - that's one cool company!

Fox did me a solid and replaced my 2009 40 RC2 lowers that i sheared the brake mount off of, as well as givig me a full service, new seals, and an axleFor 60$. Oh, and they had it done within an hour. Hats off to all the race/general public support at crankworx, you guys all do great jobs and we are all thankful for it!

So you destroyed your bike part and expect that a company will just replace it? Ask the local retailers who work hard for such a small window through the summer to have the manufacture take away all their business how they feel about that. Sounds like Sram knows its parts are disposable. Did you also go to the Jeep booth and ask for a free oil change and tire rotation, because of course you bought a jeep? The entitlement of some of the people is unbelievable.
There is a ton of knowledgable and awesome service available for shimano, raceface, and sram at any of the local bike shops. Yes you have to pay them for their time, and wait in the cue if you are unable to fix it yourself or were not smart enough to bring spare parts to your race weekend.

he is saying how cool it is that they replaced it. seriously, don't bitch because some people get lucky. sram can easily afford to give away a few derailleurs, and i'm sure they did it knowing how he would spread the word of great customer service.

Este lugar é o paraíso vindo de um lugar que é raro ver estas marcas expostas. Quando conseguimos algo do tipo é sempre através de um amigo ou algum importador. Quando sera que chega no Brasil.
