Couple of thoughts: A bit more voice-over explanation of super slow motion video would be helpful for the average rider to make enough vivid visual memories for the muscles to approximate what you are doing. Is the omission of leaning the bike while keeping body weight to the outside (over the contact patch) because of time limitations, or the corners you were riding were too quick for that much weight shift? or is it a riding style thing that I just don't understand? Just curious. Transition guys: could you do a full bike check for Mr. Sternberg, please. We would really like to know. Is that bar 780mm? What grips is he using? What tire pressure is he running? Are those Highrollers? etc., etc.
Wicked air over the dip in the second-to-last shot. Sick.
Also, Lars have you considered an adjustable height seat post for your trail riding? Thanks again for your time and effort.
Great short video, but really if you want a proper training video check out the Fluidride: Like A Pro video. Lars and Simon go so much more in depth of the mechanics involved in proper riding but it isn't just him ripping singletack most of the time.
I like this lesson style video. Informative and technical, yet showing examples of how to do it fast and with flow. I hope to see more videos like this soon from TR.
Yup, SST on Galbraith mountain in Bellingham. Stop at any of the local shops to get specific directions ( fanatik, Drop in Zone, Jacks, Kulshan, Fairhaven...)
What's amazing is your f*ckwit comment. I was just saying a few small things in appreciation to a cool "hot to vid" and you jump in and give me a hard time. Show some respect and keep your smart arse comments to yourself.
The name is right at the end of the vid - 'Boards of Canada' is the artist, 'roygbiv', 'Music has the right to children' (I guess they are the track title and album).

Good pointers, Lars. Looks like you're coping with life in B'ham just fine.
