Progressing in the slopestyle game requires practice and lots of it. Griffin Paulson has been making a name for himself at FMB events across the globe, all thanks to countless hours of practice riding his dream yard setup. We wanted to try and showcase what the average backyard session looked like for Griffin as he works at getting some of the biggest tricks in the sport dialled in.
@jaycubzz: Big mountain riding, speed adjustment, nose bonks, stopping fast at the end of a section, suddenly needing to stop fast. We used to ride down my friend's big hill, and put features on it, it wouldn't have been possible without a front brake to adjust speed.
@Kramz: ummmmmm pretty sure no one who is seriously hoping to survive some big mountain terrain is going without a front brake, and besides, this isnt big mountain riding? and everything you mention there can be done with one brake, or if you watch bmxers, it can be done brakeless. so my point still stands.
